About the savings calculator

The homepage calculator is an estimating tool. It compares our 1% listing fee to a traditional 2.5% listing side, and it shows a buyer rebate of up to 1% of your next purchase price. Those are illustrations, not quotes and not guarantees.

• Our listing fee varies and is negotiable based on price, location, market conditions, and the work involved.
• The buyer rebate is up to 1%. The actual amount depends on the terms of your transaction, what the seller offers, and lender approval. Some loan programs limit or prohibit rebates.
• What other brokerages charge is set by each of them independently. Commissions are always negotiable and are not set by law or by any association.
• The calculator does not include closing costs, title fees, taxes, payoffs, or concessions, so it does not tell you your net proceeds.

Nothing on this site is a promise of a specific savings amount or a specific outcome.

Neighborhood facts, price ranges, school notes, and market commentary are believed accurate when written and can go out of date quickly. We do not warrant that any of it is current or complete. Verify anything you plan to rely on.
